Quark is a contract manufacturer of outdoor and automotive carriers — bike, kayak, cargo, and roof systems. For nearly twenty years we have designed, tooled, built, and shipped for brand owners, from two factories in Ningbo, China and Rayong, Thailand.
On the vehicle
Roof, hitch, trunk, and trolley systems. The fitment, the clamp geometry, and the finish are what a brand owner is buying, so these are the products as they leave us and as they go on the car.

How it's made
Sheet and tube cut to spec on CNC machining centres.
Press-braked to 12–89 mm radii, repeatable to tolerance.
360° robotic welding cells for clean, consistent seams.
Injection moulding on 80–400 ton presses for impact parts.
A 600 m powder-coating line for an even, durable finish.
Four assembly lines, packed retail-ready or in bulk.
